Description: Harbor Health Home Care has provided nursing, rehabilitative, therapeutic and personal home health care services to children, adults and seniors in the comfort of their own home since 1996. We provide support to individuals involved in auto and work related accidents with our Nurses, Aides and Rehab professionals who work in coordination with the case manager, physician and other health providers. We have experience working with TBI, CHI, Orthopedic Traumas and Spinal Cord Injuries. Attendant care is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
