Turning Leaf also serves individuals who present complex physical health issues resulting from Alzheimer's or an acquired brain injury.

We offer a continuum of residential options that are outcome-driven and community based. Our treatment programs are designed to provide person-centered support to individuals in their recovery or stabilization as they progress towards an individually-appropriate amount of support.

Our goal is to provide the individuals that we serve with the life skills and coping mechanisms necessary to be in control of their own recovery; supporting them where and how they need it at each phase.

Our Residential Continuum Includes:
Home or Community Based Living Supports - Home or community based supports provided within a persons' home or setting of their choosing. Designed to support people once they have transitioned from higher intensity levels of care to include

Supported Independent Living Apartment Program:
Structured apartment Programs designed to support people once they have transitioned from higher intensity levels of care to include Specialized Residential Treatment Programs.

Specialized Residential Treatment Programs:
Licensed group homes with specialized certifications that assist people with the development of skills that will enable them to progress to a Supported Independent Living Apartment Program or Home / Community-Based Living Supports.

Specialized Residential Living:
Licensed group homes with specialized certifications that support people with primary or co-occurring behavioral health diagnoses who require high intensity personal care resulting from complex physical conditions with the goal of maintaining both medical and psychiatric stability.

Satellite Programs:
Turning Leaf is committed to supporting people wherever we can be of benefit regardless of geographic limitations. While the aforementioned programs are located on the primary Lansing campus, at the request of stakeholders we have developed several similar programs within other communities throughout the State of Michigan. We encourage the discussion of such opportunities as we strive to maintain our reputation as a premier provider of behavioral health services.

Turning Leaf recognizes the importance of providing services within the most cost effective manner. We believe that lower long-term costs are ultimately realized by holistically addressing the individual, and providing a treatment program that is matched specifically to their goals. We help our residents turn over a new leaf.
